Treat Your Skin send all UK orders via Royal Mail using either Standard, Recorded or Special Delivery where a signature is required to confirm delivery, if nobody is available to sign then you will be notified that the parcel is being held for collection.

All orders are dispatched within 24hrs and orders on a non working day will ship the next working day.
If an item is not immediately available we will notify you and if delayed by more than seven days we would give you the option to change or refund the order. Your email address and daytime telephone number are required when placing an order so we can contact you should this be the case.

European Orders

Treat Your Skin use Royal Mail internationally signed for delivery and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, please allow 7-10 working days.

Lost Parcels

Royal Mail state Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.

If After 15 days your order has not arrived we will investigate with Royal Mail and dispatch a replacement, please contact Customer Service if this is the case. 

Free Shiping items that are returned

If an item which was ordered under "Free Shipping" and is later returned by Royal Mail because the item wasn’t picked up by the recipient, or because Royal Mail couldn't deliver the parcel, the original shipping amount will be charged for re-delivery.
