What is Proto-Col Boost?

What ingredients does it contain?

Pantothenic acid, 10mg - This ingredient is also critical in the synthesis of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. Pantothenic acid is needed by your body to form coenzyme-A.

Folic acid, 200mcg - Both adults and children need folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.

Zinc, 1.25mg - Possesses antioxidant properties, which protect against premature aging of your skin. Zinc also helps speed up the healing process if you get injured.

How do I use it?

The recommended dosage for adults is 2 Proto-Col Boost capsules, taken before meals, twice a day. For the best results, it’s recommended that you start taking Proto-Col Boost 2 days before you expose your limbs to intense levels of sunshine. Continue to take Proto-Col Boost until 2 days after you have stopped soaking in the sun.
