Water, water - it’s everywhere. I’m sure that you’re bored of hearing how drinking water can make a huge difference to the way you look and we hate to be the ones to tell you this - it’s all true.

We want to share with you this shocking info graphic which highlights just how water can make a difference to your skin and your body.

When you’re dehydrated you’ll find that your skin becomes dry, you’re prone to acne, you get bags under your eyes and that’s just your face. Without water you’ll also find that you’re grumpier, age prematurely and also hair and nails are weak and dull.

If you’re not a big fan of the clear stuff then you can boost your hydration by incorporating a lemon and warm water in the mornings, infuse water with fruit (pineapple, cucumber, lemon, water melon - all work well), invest in a bobble or britta bottle so that your water filters or indulge in some good quality herbal teas.

Remember as well as helping your looks, getting your daily intake of water will also help you maintain a healthy weight, get rid of any toxins (particularly useful if you’ve been on the lash the night before) and boost your immune system.
