Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery*) - £7.95 - Orders must be placed before 3:00pm for next day delivery, excludes Saturday & Sunday delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
Orders placed on a Friday with free shipping chosen will not be shipped until Monday/Tuesday (excluding Bank Holiday Mondays).

This is due to Royal Mail regulations as parcels may only contain a maximum of 2 aerosol products. We have no control over this and do our best to send your complete order in a timely manner.

Delivery is either via Royal Mail airmail, TrakPak or via courier. A signature may be required on delivery. Delivery in 10-14 working days, but please allow up to 20 working days.
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
VAT is not charged on overseas deliveries to countries outside of the EU. The UK 20.00% VAT is automatically deducted from the price.
Royal Mail state items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date (25 working days for outside the UK).
If after 15 working days (25 working days for outside the UK) your order has not arrived, please let us know promptly so Royal Mail can investigate the lost parcel.
Please use the Messages page and select the order that you have not yet received to open a support ticket.
If you are needing the order urgently we recommend contacting your local sorting office, just in case they have the parcel waiting for collection and you have not received a card through the door.
Returned Free Shipping Items
If an item was ordered under "Free Shipping" and is later returned by Royal Mail because the item was not picked up by the recipient, or because Royal Mail couldn't deliver the parcel due to an error with the address you provided, the original shipping amount will be charged for re-delivery.
Treat Your Skin send all UK orders via Royal Mail* using either Standard, Recorded or Special Delivery. Where a signature is required to confirm delivery, if nobody is available to sign then you will be notified that the parcel is being held for collection by a Royal mail card. We recommend you contact your local sorting office if you have not received a parcel before contacting customer service.
*The exception being any parcel carrying more than 2 (two) flammable liquid products, aerosols or nail polishes and orders with a high weight or large dimensions. These are sent via TrakPak.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders made on a weekend and UK bank holidays will be shipped the next working day. If an item is not immediately available we will notify you and if delayed by more than seven days we would give you the option to change or refund the order. Your email address and daytime telephone number are required when placing an order so we can contact you should this be the case.
